Featured performer on inaugural sailing of The Ovation of The Seas
Specifically hand picked by Royal Caribbean vice-president of global entertainment, Connor will be flying to Asia to join the inaugural sailing of the newest and most technologically advanced cruise ship in the world, "The Ovation of the Seas" as a guest vocalist. Alongside the first ever Chinese "Godmother of The Seas", "X- Men: Days of Future Past" actress, Fan Bingbing. Specifically designed for the Chinese market, the Ovation of The Seas is an 800 million dollar, 167,800-ton, 4,180-passenger next-generation Royal Caribbean cruise ship, launching in mid 2016.The Ovation features many first-at-sea innovations including RipCord by iFly, a skydiving simulator; North Star, a jewel-shaped glass capsule that rises 300 feet above sea level, providing 360-degree views from high above the ship; and SeaPlex, the largest indoor sports and entertainment complex at sea with attractions ranging from bumper cars, roller skating and video gaming to a circus school complete with flying trapeze classes. Ovation will spend most of its time in China, with a short season sailing from Australia, with four new itineraries added to her inaugural Australian sailing season. Also sailing the inaugural cruise as well as christening the ship is the official "Godmother of the Seas" for the Ovation, Chinese actress, model, and singer, Fan Bingbing. Featured in American blockbusters such as "X-Men: Days Of Future Past", "Iron Man 3", and the upcoming "Meg" with Jason Statham, as well as countless Chinese films, Bingbing will serve as master of ceremonies and special guest at the show.
