Colorado Summer Pops Tour with Music In The Mountains and The National Repertory Orchestra

Summer 2016 is in full swing, and that means performances in the beautiful state of Colorado. This year, in addition to his third straight appearance in Breckenridge with the NRO, a second performance will be added further south in Durango Colorado and their prestigious Music In The Mountains festival with members of the Dallas Symphony.

Following the rave reviews of his 2015 debut, the music fans of Breckenridge requested new performances in 2016. Beginning with a solo piano concert featuring some of the most beautiful and modern songs of the great white way, this intimate performance was held in the prime time ski season of March, at the picturesque Silverthorn Pavillion. Featuring numbers from brand new musicals as The Little Mermaid, The Bridges of Madison County, and The Last Five Years, it also included classics from The Phantom of The Opera, Les Miserables and Sunset Boulevard, among others.

Once the weather warms up, July will bring a second, repeat engagement on Saturday, the 16th with The National Repertory Orchestra, made up of the nations finest young musicians in nearby Breckenridge, and an entire concert of brand new Broadway material, fully orchestrated for symphonic work. Songs from The Frogs, Wicked, and Jekyll & Hyde will be debuted as well as classics from Into The Woods, Sweeney Todd, and as always the signature closing performance of "Bring Him Home".
