Headlining at The Palace Theater for the Pops Christmas

The Cleveland POPS invite you to experience a magical holiday season celebration at the beautiful and historic Connor Palace Theatre in PlayhouseSquare, Sunday, November 30th at 2:00 P.M. The Cleveland POPS Orchestra conducted by Carl Topilow, along with The Cleveland POPS Chorus with director William Zurkey and vocalist Connor Bogart O'Brien present their annual holiday concert Sunday matinee, this year titled “THE MAGIC OF CHRISTMAS.” So hop in your sleigh and come to Playhouse Square for a super way to welcome in the holiday season.

The largest Pops show of the year, This annual show is presented in the beautiful 2,800 seat Connor Palace Theater in Playhouse Square. (Formerly known as the Palace Theater, and recently renamed for Sherwin-Williams CEO Christopher Connor after his incredible nine million dollar donation to the theater) Usually a concert spectacular filled with multiple guest artists from Broadway, Connor is thrilled and honored to be the only featured vocalist for the Concert. A true hometown Christmas wish come true featuring a special vocal rendition of the Holiday classic "Sleigh Ride", as well as "The Christmas Song", "Baby It's Cold Outside", "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas", "Cool Yule", "I'll be Home For Christmas", and a surprise sing-a-long, as well as all your favorite Holiday numbers accompanied by the iconic Cleveland Pops Orchestra.

Onstage “THE MAGIC OF CHRISTMAS” fills the halls of The Palace Theatre up to the rafters with holiday sounds, magical music, and thrilling voices -- while in the magnificent lobby, wonderful family activities abound. The lobby is filled with families playing with adorable, adoptable puppies from local animal shelters, listening to talented student musicians, and taking photos with Santa Claus.

Families in the spirit of giving donate new toys and games to the City Mission, who in turn distribute the welcomed presents to underprivileged children throughout the city who will now experience some of the joys of Christmas.

”THE MAGIC OF CHRISTMAS” with the Cleveland POPS is an experience all will enjoy. It is a holiday tradition for Northeast Ohio, growing each year in attendance.
